It's a privilege to photograph you or your son/daughter at our upcoming event. Please read through these terms & conditions and let us know if you have any questions prior to placing your order. Please contact us at any time if you have any questions or concerns, as we want to make sure the process runs smoothly for everyone.

By purchasing a photo shoot session from us:

• You authorize us to take both individual and team photos of you/your athlete, both candid and posed, during our scheduled photo shoot.

• We choose only the best quality selects and discard photos that out of focus or have other issues. Unedited, raw, or discarded photos are not available to share with you.

• After our shoot, it will take us approximately 3-10 days to edit all the photos. We edit each photo individually and this takes time. Please be patient during this process as we're working as quickly as we can to deliver your photos.

• Once the photos are edited, they will be placed into an online photo gallery where you can view and download your photos. You may also order prints from this gallery if you wish at an additional charge. Prints are not included in your session fee.

• All team and individual photos are shared in the same photo gallery, and everyone on your team or in your league will be seen together in this gallery. If you wish to not have your photos appear in the gallery, please let us know in advance and we will not add your photos to the team/league gallery and will email them to you directly instead. All galleries, views and downloads are password-protected and logged, specific to your school/league/program.

• Photos will be online for approximately 6 months after the shoot. Please download your photos before the gallery expires, as they may or may not be available from us beyond this date.

• Model Release: By ordering your photo shoot session, your team, school, league, sports program, and/or ICON Sports Photography may use your images for our/their website, social media postings, and other promotional materials to promote their sports and/or photography services and/or athletic programs in perpetuity and without further compensation. If you prefer that your photos not be used like this by us, please let us know prior to the photo shoot. Your school or program should also be notified separately as they may have their own policies and process for this. Your photos will never be sold to a third party, stock photo services, or for other commercial uses.

• In the case of technical errors, scheduling problems, loss of files, equipment problems, or other unforeseen circumstances, our liability is limited to a full refund your purchase price for the shoot. We are not responsible for scheduling make-up days or other expenses associated with the photo shoot beyond a refund of your sitting fee (described above).
