Every Athlete Deserves an ICON Moment
We photograph sports teams and leagues across the San Francisco Bay Area, and custom tailor each photo shoot to meet the needs of the teams we photograph. Below are some examples of different styles and our overall body of work that we’ve recently done for Bay Area sports teams and leagues.
ICON Traditional Style
With ICON Traditional Style photos, we take the traditional sports photography look and elevate it with our professional lighting, advanced posing, and creative vision. Photos are shot on-site with your gym, field, or court in the background.
ICON Natural Composite
Shooting photos outdoors often presents many challenges. Wind, rain, or a poor quality field can make capturing quality photos difficult, and sometime it’s difficult to plan on conditions that may change on photo day. By moving the shoot indoors and shooting on a gray backdrop, we can add in a natural looking background and composite them together, creating a natural looking portrait with perfect, consistent lighting, regardless of conditions outdoors. Below are examples of photos shot indoors and composited onto natural looking backgrounds.
ICON Graphics Background
Similar to our Natural Composites above, we shoot photos indoors, on a backdrop, then we design custom graphics for the background. These can range from simple graphics and logos to more edgy and dramatic looks. It’s a great way to differentiate your sports program from others and dramatically elevate the look of your photos.
ICON Minimalist
Sometimes less is best – and we deliver with this minimalist look that is clean, timeless and classy. We shoot on a neutral backdrop where the focus is 100% on the athlete. We can also shoot on a solid color that matches your team or league.
