You have questions? We have answers!

Sports football shoot in Daly City San Francisco for youth football players and team photos. Individual and team youth sports photos.

Prior to your team’s photo day, you will receive a link where you can learn more about your upcoming photo shoot and make a payment online. You can pay on our website using any credit card. We use PayPal as our payment processor, however you do not need a PayPal account to pay.

After making your payment, you will see an on-screen confirmation that your payment has been received. There’s nothing else you need to do! We’ll see your athlete on our photo day, take their photos, edit them, and email you with a link after the shoot where you can view and download your photos.

If you have any questions regarding your payment, just drop us an email at info@iconsportsphotos.com. If you accidentally made a double-payment or if you are having problems with the payment gateway, just let us know and we’ll take care of you right away.

Traditionally, sports photo companies take your photos then let you choose from packages to buy (Package A, B, or C). These packages lock you into certain sizes and quantities of photos, with the print prices marked up substantially (i.e. $12 for a 5×7, etc.). and only available AFTER you commit to a package. Typically, digital files are not available (or available at a very high cost) since they want you to buy prints from them at their inflated prices. A typical photo package starts at $25-$35 for a few prints, and no digital files to post online or email to family members.

We do things differently, offering a great advantage and price savings to our athletes and their families.

We charge a flat rate fee for your photo shoot, which covers the cost of our equipment, travel, and team of professional photographers to travel to your school or program to take your photos, and edit each one after the shoot. This fee also includes all of your photos as high resolution digital files which you can share online or make prints from. You can expect 2-3 individual poses plus the full team photo after our shoot, all included in your flat fee.

If you want prints in addition to your digital files, you have several options. First, you can upload your digital files to your favorite printing service (we recommend BayPhoto.com), and order the exact sizes and quantities you want at regular retail prices. You may also order the photos directly from the gallery we’ll send you at the same discounted cost. (As an example, a 5×7 is currently around $3). You’ll find this is a big savings in cost, offers you unlimited flexibility, and allows you to share your photos instantly with anyone you choose.

We do our best to capture at least 2-3 different poses of each athlete, and in some cases a few more. If you’ve got ideas, bring them! (We’ve also got a handful of poses so we can help as well).

Each athlete is welcome and encouraged to bring their own poses to the shoot. There are a ton of great ideas that can be found on Google Images, Pinterest, and similar sites. If you can do 5 or 6 different poses during your time in front of the camera, we’re glad to take them.

Prior to your photo shoot, you’ll need to sign up online and reserve your place for the upcoming shoot. We use your fee to pay for our photographers, insurance, travel and equipment expenses, and for our editors to process all your photos and make them available to you. Because of this, we do not go through this process without receiving a payment in advance.

In the past, many photo companies would place the original photos online for review with a “watermark” covering the photo. This allowed customers to first review their photos prior to placing an order. Today, watermarks can be easily removed using A.I. software, making the use of a watermark useless. It’s another reason we require payment before taking your photos.

In some cases, we may photograph athletes who did not pay in advance (i.e. an athlete wants photos but their parents forgot to pay). In this case, we’ll take their photos on photo day and edit and deliver the photos after we’ve received payment.

We do our best to get the photos back to you as quickly as possible after the photo shoot. In smaller programs, we generally deliver photos within 7 days. With many teams or larger leagues, we aim for 2 weeks. We’ll let you know on photo day the approximate turnaround time.

Once the photos are ready, we’ll email you with a link where you can view and download your photos.

As long as your athlete attended the photo shoot and had their photos taken, we have it! Occasionally, we lose track of an athlete’s photo or there is a mixup with their registration number, jersey number, or another minor issue.

If you cannot find your photos, just drop us a friendly email and let us know your athlete’s name, school, and jersey number and we’ll gladly track it down for you.

We’re here to make this process as fun and easy as possible for you. If you have any questions, just drop us an email at info@iconsportsphotos.com.
