What to Bring & Wear

Please wear your full uniform and gear as you would normally wear in a game. Do not wear slippers, pajama bottoms, Crocs, etc. as feet may be shown in the photos. We cannot remove these or make clothing adjustments after the photos are taken.

Bring along any props (Ball, bat, glove, etc.) that your use in your sport.

When it's time for your photo, remove hairbands from wrists, tuck in your jersey, tie your shoes, and have everything in place. We will do our best to help spot these things (especially with younger kids), but it's up to the athlete to be prepared to look their best.

When to arrive

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled photo time, dressed and ready to go! Staying on schedule is one of our top priorities so that everyone can enjoy their photo day and be in and out on schedule. Unfortunately, if an athlete is not there for the team photo we cannot add in them in later in Photoshop.

We normally shoot individual photo first, then team photos but may switch this up so please be prepared at your designated start time. If you are not having individual photos taken, please be there with everyone else.

After Photo Day - Delivery of Photos

After photo day, we go right into editing, and promise delivery of your photos within 2 weeks (though we usually deliver photos much sooner). For smaller teams and leagues, we typically deliver within 4-5 days.

We promise to deliver 3 different poses, plus a team photo. If we have extra time between sets, we may include additional poses or some additional shots of each pose for some or all athletes. We will chose the best photos to edit and deliver from the photo shoot to you.

Once the photos are ready, we will send you a link to your team or league's photo gallery where you can view and download all your photos. Note that all of your team's individual and team photos will appear in the gallery together. If you want your photos removed from the gallery, please let us know. The online gallery is password-protected and only your team has access and ability to download them.

Ordering Prints

Your fee orders cover the cost of our team to bring come to your location and photograph the athletes, editing, and delivery of high resolution printable digital files. We do not sell print packages as some other companies do – we let you order photos in any size and quantity you want at regular retail prices from anywhere you like. Prints are not included in your order for this photo shoot.

To order prints, you have several options. The first is to download the high resolution files from our gallery and upload them to your favorite printer. You can have them done instantly at Walgreens or Costco, or order higher quality prints from companies like BayPhoto.com and have them mailed to you. Typically, and 8x10 photo costs around $4-6 this way, instead of the $12-18 you would pay with a traditional photo company.
