We specialize in taking team and individual photos of sports teams, with athletes of any age, in the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California. We serve middle and high school programs, sports leagues, clubs, and individual teams ranging in size from 10-800 athletes. We also photograph sports leagues, school sports programs, dance studios, adventure sports programs, sports camps, and almost all other group programs.

We normally do not charge the team or league for photography. We make a small profit on each photo sold to the families, which covers our costs. If your sports program would like to provide photos to all your athletes as a part of their registration with you, we can invoice you directly at a discounted cost.

We charge a flat fee of $35 per athlete to the athletes/families, paid in advance of photo day. This covers the cost of our equipment, photographers, travel, and time to edit the photos. This is not a “sitting fee” – it includes 3 high-resolution digital files of the athete’s individual pose plus their team photo that can be shared view via email, social media, or to make your their own prints from. We do not photograph athletes who have not paid in advance, as we depend on the payment to pay for our equipment, photographers, and all the expenses associated with the photo shoot.

Prints are not included in the $35 fee. If families want to order prints, they have several options. First, they can download high-resolution digital files from our gallery, then upload them to their favorite printing service (we recommend BayPhoto, but there are dozens to choose from). There you can order prints at any size and quantities they wish, and pay regular retail prices (LifeTouch charges $18.99 for one 8×10 – ours are around $5 for an 8×10!).

Whether you’re an individual team, a small league, or an organization with 50+ teams, we’d love to talk. We’re able to scale our services to almost any size team or program, or refer you to one of our partners if we’re not the best fit. Even if you have just one team with 12 players, we’re in!

As for photo day, we scale our crew based on your needs. We’re photographed up to 900 kids in a single day.

We strive to get the photos delivered as quickly as possible. We individually edit each photo ourselves before making it available for order. In general, we have the photos edited and ready to order within 7 days. We work mainly with Bay Photo in Scott’s Valley (near Santa Cruz) as our photo vendor for prints, and they normally deliver photos just a few days after ordering.

Our goal is 100% satisfaction from the league, athletes, families, and everyone involved. To that end, we guarantee our work with a 100% refund to anyone who is unsatisfied with their photos. Our digital photo downloads are normally available within a week after the shoot, and prints are delivered 3-5 days after placing an online order, so you and your athletes will have their photos in-hand quickly.
